Our Strength
Windunn Africa Ltd derives its competitive strength from the calibre of its technical and management expertise that include Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Environmental scientists among other key and support staff with extensive experience in their areas of specialisation.
The Windunn Africa Limited Team of Consulting Engineers and Project Managers is led by Eng. Amol Duncan who is a registered Professional Engineer with EBK and a Corporate Member of IEK. He has vast knowledge on the design of low rise and high rise structures. He has over 7years experience in design and Project Management. He and the team have carried out the design of over 40 residential apartments, Mixed Use Developments and residential houses in Kiambu, Nairobi, Machakos and Environs.
He has also consulted as a Project Manager for MPESA and Safaricom Foundation for over 6years. He is supported by a team of well trained and able Engineers led the Company CEO, Lincoln Mweu, Eng. Edwin Mogeni, Kevin Kanja and Ken Ndogo. The team is also comprised of Architects led by Arch. Robinson Mang’uro and Gregory Kipruto. The costing department of the Company is led by Qs.Francis Mbugua.
The Company is composed of team members who possess a comprehensive knowledge of designing and developing projects to the required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability. Currently, Windunn Africa Limited offers consulting services in the field of; Civil and Structural design, project management, project supervision and project costing and contract management.
